Combat at the Capitale Recap
Combat at the Capitale 39 was held this past Friday, courtesy of Louis Neglia and Ray Longo. A host of famous faces were in the crowd, including boxer and MMA fighter Heather Hardy, former UFC Middleweight Champion Chris Weidman, and top-ranked UFC bantamweight Jimmie Rivera. The Capitale was packed with fight fans eager to watch the stacked card with NYC favorites. The bouts moved quickly, but the action stayed consistent throughout the night. Highlights include Ed Smart’s first-round 10-second knockout, Jennie Nedell’s championship title defense by unanimous decision, and Justin Muslija’s aggressive unanimous win.
