Photo Sessions: Female Fighters

Talented photographer Derwin S. Joza Sr has covered the local combat sports scene for years. Recently, Derwin began photographing some of these athletes outside of competition, offering a beautiful contrast to the rugged, and sometimes bloody, fight photos that capture the brutality of combat.

The power, confidence, and fierceness of these ladies comes through vividly and shows another side to these fighters.
