New York Fighting History: Lou Neglia

As a fighter, a teacher, and a promoter, Lou Neglia has played a vital role in the history of fighting and the growth of Martial Arts here in New York. He still teaches at his school in Brooklyn, NY and continues to give back to a community that has supported him all these years. Those of us who have attended one of his many combat sports promotions over the years, know he is a true believer of following your passions in life. Lou Neglia is a great example of how doing so can bring you much success and happiness, while also inspiring others to follow their own passions. New York Fighting had the pleasure of sitting down with Mr Neglia to discuss his part in New York Fighting History
