Then the guys are joined by Sergio’s training partner from Long Island MMA, UFC featherweight, Dennis Bermudez. Dennis fills us in on his fight day mind set, how things are going at MenaceTube, and why he was wearing a flannel shirt when he cornered Sergio back in the day. Afterwards, UFC featherweight Phillipe Nover calls in to talk about his upcoming fight on UFC 208, what its like to finally be fighting in his home town of Brooklyn, NY, and his hectic work and training schedule.
