Tom English: Bellator Debut

This coming Friday, Nov 4, Long Island, NY‘s own Tom English will make his Bellator MMA debut. Coming into this fight with years of MMA experience on the regional scene, Tom is a true veteran of the sport looking to make his presence know on the big stage. New York Fighting caught up with Tom at Commack MMA during one of his final Strength & Conditioning sessions with coach Eddie Debus, and NYF was there to document the Hardwork put forth by Mr English in this session. We can’t wait to watch him compete come this Friday!
